No marriage or divorce shall be registered by anyone other than a government-certified Nikah Registrar and Hindu Marriage Registrar. Get the receipt after registering marriage and divorce. Child marriage registration is a punishable offense. After completing the marriage through affidavit or court marriage, the marriage must be registered by a government-certified Nikah Registrar and Hindu Marriage Registrar. *
